I am a licensed Real Estate agent servicing the Sacramento and surrounding areas.  I have held my license for over 31 years.  I have 27 years experience with bank owned properties and assist buyers in their search for the perfect home for them.  Previous experience as a licensed contractor and real estate appraiser.  I have a complete staff to help in all your needs; selling agents, escrow coordinator, bookkeeper and office manager and I am available around the clock. 

 I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
